- The plan includes student attendance and pickup records, parent invoices and statements, communication, reports, school administration, and iOS and Android apps. Staff management, expenses and assets can be enabled by a school administrator. Pickup photos, signatures and parent self-service depend on school settings.
- How much does Koonection cost for a preschool or creche in South Africa?
- Koonection costs a flat R499 per month per school. There are no hidden fees, no per-learner charges, no per-teacher charges, and no setup fees.
- Are there any hidden costs or per-learner fees?
- No. Whether your school has 10 children or 200 children, the price remains R499 per month.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Payments are securely processed in ZAR via Paystack using standard South African debit cards, credit cards, or instant EFT.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no lock-in contract or cancellation penalties.
- Do parents have to pay to use the app?
- No. The Koonection app is 100% free for parents to download on iOS and Android.
